Googlevery poor customer service. really rude attitude from one of the agent in the high heaton office. really sad and disappointed. But when I rang another number the agent was polite and helped me to sort out the problem.

Awful company, where you have to do all of the work on their behalf. They lie, twist the truth and cover their backs when they are in the wrong. Avoid at all costs and go with someone else as these will have you paying regardless

Dishonest estate agent who lies to buyers about other offers to increase your bids. If you are considering making an offer on a house I would check to see if the house is listed under another EA first to avoid the hassle, if not be firm with them and try to deal with the seller direct

GoogleHorrendous customer service. They produced a massively over-exaggerated list of issues upon returning our damage deposits, even though we cleaned the property from top to bottom for over 4 hours. When I questioned it, they refused to respond to emails and nobody ever picks up the phone.

GoogleAs much use when they answer emails or phone calls as when they do not. Multiple attempts to arrange viewings week before visit to Newcastle to find new rental with replies only offering properties not available or not possible to view. Also rude on phone.
