Flawless service - if there was an Olympic medal awarded to estate agents, Mark Buxton and his team would be standing on the podium wearing gold medals. They truly are at the top of their game. Selling a property is extremely stressful , Mark, Debbie & Nic (the absolutely delightful ladies in the office) shouldered the burden . I was kept informed every step of the way. Professional yet friendly & very approchable, happy to explain the different steps should you need a better understanding I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to manage the sale of your property and I wouldn't use any other agent. I've used many estate agents over the years and until recently my preference was to use Settled, an online agency that put me in control of the selling process and put me in touch directly with the buyers. Unfortunately, Settled no longer exist, so I was forced to find another agent. Mark Buxton has been enlightening! The sale was to a cash buyer, so should have been an easy process. For various reasons this turned out not to be the case, but Deborah and Mark were both on hand to chase through what was needed and to provide updates, something that was sorely lacking from the solicitors. I would definitely recommend this Estate Agent, and it's the only time I've been able to say that in the 15 or so years that I've brought and sold properties!

Mark was very helpful and clearly had good knowledge of the property we purchased via his estate agents over 2 years ago. He was also very fair and accommodating when we were in a fierce competition for another house a year later. More recently, Mark went above and beyond to retrieve critical information (related to the house purchase above) very quickly, well beyond the date of sale when I’m sure many would not have even bothered to returned my message. His staff are also always keen to help and friendly on the phone, with 1 person dealing with 1 property where possible allowing familiarity to build. Hope to deal with Mark again in the future.

We can't recommend Mark Buxton Estate agents enough. We haven't used an estate agent for over 20 years so when it came to choosing recommendations were a big part of our choice. Once we met with Mark the decision to instruct him to sell our house was an obvious choice. A stand out of their service wasn't just the exceptional quality of the listing and pictures but the regular updates from Mark, Sarah and Debbie. Once sold, in just a few weeks Mark and his team continued to help with the process in areas that weren't their responsibility but knew we needed help and they didn't hesitate to assist at every request we had. Selling your home is a very personal, emotional and daunting experience. I wanted someone who would be personable and considerate to us and to the marketing approach of the sale of our home. Mark and his staff were everything we hoped for in an agent. Responsive, professional, kind, considerate, inventive, extremely knowledgeable of the local housing market trends and prices. You often get lost in the mix with larger companies with them often handling many clients, but no such thing with Mark and his team, if any one of them was engaged they would always call us back. The handling of potential buyers and feedback thereafter was excellent with Mark and his team, keeping us informed all the time. Mark sold our home and managed a top price and at the end of the day, that is all what we are hoping for. Mark Buxton and his team provided me with the best service that I could wish for, I would highly recommend this estate agent. From our first meeting I felt very comfortable and confident. His knowledge and advice was exceptional. He really knew his field of work. Nothing was ever to much trouble he was easy to contact no matter what my query was. If there was an issue, a quick phone call and it was resolved straight away. If you want a hassle free way of selling your property this is the estate agent for you. Having used other estate agents over the years and initially purple bricks (who were terrible) they all were over promising and never delivered however Mark and his team were proactive and a fantastic mediator between buyer & seller solicitors, a ten out of ten service, I couldn’t be happier, thank you guys 🥂
