Mark Buxton and his team provided me with the best service that I could wish for, I would highly recommend this estate agent. From our first meeting I felt very comfortable and confident. His knowledge and advice was exceptional. He really knew his field of work. Nothing was ever to much trouble he was easy to contact no matter what my query was. If there was an issue, a quick phone call and it was resolved straight away. If you want a hassle free way of selling your property this is the estate agent for you. Having used other estate agents over the years and initially purple bricks (who were terrible) they all were over promising and never delivered however Mark and his team were proactive and a fantastic mediator between buyer & seller solicitors, a ten out of ten service, I couldn’t be happier, thank you guys 🥂

Mark sold me a house that needs complete roof replacement and no doubt knew it. Told me it had been checked and was fine before I exchanged. I now need to fork out £4000+ which could have been avoided had Mark been honest. As i first time buyer this experience has not been good, I would not recommend Mark because of this.
