Mark and his team have sold properties for a number of family members now and they have just sold our home for us. As we expected, they certainly didn't disappoint. Very professional and knowledgable, but very personable and the sale was effortless from start to finish, with regular updates and always at the end of the phone if needed. There were some issues with our purchase but they were always willing to give sound advice and support, which we greatly appreciated. Trish, Mark and Daniella were wonderful for us throughout our move. I sold my property and purchased our new home both through them, with Mark actually making time to come and talk me through selling my property when I fell in love with my new house, as it was not yet for sale. My house was sold in one day, and the whole completion process took just over three months. Throughout this time I had endless phone conversations and email updates from Trish and Daniella who were always really warm, understanding and reassuring. I don’t think you could ask for anymore from an estate agents and recommend Mark Buxtons to everyone and anyone going through the process of moving home. Thank you again to the team ❤️

We bought our house that was marketed by Mark Buxton and they were an absolute delight from start to finish. So friendly and personable. They were always available for any questions we had and checked in with us regularly. They did more than our estate agents! They helped chase our solicitors and the vendor's solicitors which was definitely needed. We were also very grateful to Mark for being there on the day. We had an incredibly stressful day moving in not sure if it was going to complete on time, and the logistics of three van trips - but Mark saved the day. There were very tight deadlines and it really helped that he was there to give us the keys in person, saving us at least an hour when we needed every minute to spare. Excellent and highly professional service. The attention to detail shown by the company ensures that the sale is completed swiftly and without issue. From initial marketing to first viewings was a few days with a sale agreed the next day. Mark and his staff are always available to put your mind at rest. Every query was answered in a timely fashion, on one occasion far later into the evening than I’m sure other agents are at work. You can tell that Mark really cares about his business and reputation. Mark & Debbie were great whilst buying and selling, i was in a chain for awhile, but they kept me updated and worked hard to push things through. Great service from a local agent. Mark explained the process, we agreed an appropriate marketing price, photos were fantastic and the house sold in a week. The process is stressful but the office staff were great, the phone always answered or calls returned quickly. I didn’t feel silly asking lots of questions.
