GoogleAppalling service Spent whole morning trying to get confirmation of valuation appointment for following day as no email recieved. Several calls to the "concierge" service (call centre?), no return calls. Finally got confirmation on 4th attempt, and apology. Later got call from initial booking contact from previous week, also confirming appointment, only to get further phone call from Newcastle under Lyme branch to say there is no appointment. Cavalier attitude to inconvenience caused by their incompetence astounding.

I have just found a house to rent through using this letting agent (Michael Ferris), from start to finish of me searching for a property, to me signing the paperwork, Michael has been professional and supportive throughout. He has made it very easy, from the online viewing which allowed me to see a very detailed, clear view of the property to the actual physical viewing. I didnt feel rushed, and he provided me with thorough information about the property and process. I am very happy with the service i received and would definitely recommend this agent to family amd friends. If i could give more than a 5 star review i would!

I am a landlord and this is the second time I have rented my property through Butters John Bee. Michael Ferris from the lettings department was my contact at the Crewe office. From start to finish, the service has been faultless. Communication has been excellent, and all emails answered quickly and phone calls returned promptly. I'd like to say a big thank you to Michael and also to Corrie who have helped and guided me along the way. I have no hesitation in recommending the lettings department and have nothing but praise for Michael and Corrie. I will definitely be using Butters John Bee again to re-let the property when it next becomes vacant.
