FacebookAs first time buyers, we were completely clueless and somewhat nervous about the whole buying a house thing. Right from the very first time we met Luke, he was absolutely amazing. Super kind, helpful, chatty, went above and beyond to help us over every step of the way. Lots of texts and phone call updates to keep us in the loop. We were getting super stressed and worries with our mortgage offer but Luke was constantly texting and reassuring us everything was okay and keeping us calm which alone meant the world to us. We also had a little hiccup with a viewing time but Ken, also went above and beyond and came out straight away for us for the viewing.
