We have recently completed on the sale of our property and couldn’t be more grateful that we chose Parkers to sell with. From the initial valuation/viewings all the way through to completion day Parkers have been on hand to help. The team were always contactable and were our go to contact when faced with queries as they resolved everything far quicker than waiting for solicitors. We would like to give a special mention to Ken who has absolutely gone above and beyond to chase the parties involved and get our sale completed as efficiently as possible. Ken was so easy to speak to, explained things clearly and really put us at ease. Without Ken we would have been far more stressed during this process. I would strongly encourage anyone in need of an estate agent in the area to contact Parkers - there is not one single thing that we could criticise about their service; 10/10 all around. Thank you so much Parkers, it has been a pleasure.

As first time buyers, we were completely clueless and somewhat nervous about the whole buying a house thing. Right from the very first time we met Luke, he was absolutely amazing. Super kind, helpful, chatty, went above and beyond to help us over every step of the way. Lots of texts and phone call updates to keep us in the loop. We were getting super stressed and worries with our mortgage offer but Luke was constantly texting and reassuring us everything was okay and keeping us calm which alone meant the world to us. We also had a little hiccup with a viewing time but Ken, also went above and beyond and came out straight away for us for the viewing. Stayed way past his finish time, again, meant the world to us and this just goes to show the amazing people at Parkers estate agent Newbury. Also a big thank you to Simon handling all the house admin too. 110% recommended, couldn’t be happier, couldn’t ask for better people. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Simon and his team from Parker’s ( Newbury Branch) in purchasing a new property in Thatcham and I am so happy that I did. Simon has been very professional , efficient, proactive and very quick to respond to all my emails and to answer all the questions I asked. Simon really kept on top of the progression of the purchase, even having to chase the solicitors who I felt were slow and not very responsive at times. I have not always had the best experience with estate agents but my experience with Simon and his team at Parker’s has restored my confidence that there are some great estate agents out there. So if you would like an efficient , sale or purchase of a property I would highly recommend Simon and his team at Parkers.

I reached out directly to Parkers to sell my property after its sale suddenly fell through with a previous agent. Their marketing strategy and content (video, tour, 360 and drone photography) was exceptional in the industry. It was great that everything was done in-house and arranged efficiently. After Parkers re-marketed my property it sold again within 2 days, just before Christmas, in a time when the market seemed against us! Offer negotiation stage was professional and friendly, working in best interests for both parties. Sales completion was smooth and Parkers helped to chase up the progression as and when needed. Big thank you to Luke especially for his initial wisdom and advice at valuation stage.

Parkers are a very professional, proactive and responsive Newbury estate agent who did a great job selling our flat. They had a small dedicated highly experienced team working on the sale & sales progression, which made the process much smoother. Communication was very good and we could always get hold of someone senior dealing with our sale when needed. This was in stark contrast to another local agent who we'd used previously, who had more junior staff, who were hard to reach and a lot of unnecessary duplication of contact with staff in their head office. Luke the manager was really good to deal with. He had a good feel for the local market and found a buyer very quickly and effective negotiating the sale price. Their rates were very competitive and their marketing approach leading edge, with launch videos, great 360 degree tours and professional photos. Simon the Director handling Sales Progression was also valuable, especially when our buyers' solicitor was really very slow, he kept chivvy them along. I would highly recommend using them.

I truly can’t speak highly enough of the team at Parkers Newbury. We have dealt with other estate agents in the past as sellers but the service that Simon, Luke and the team at Parkers provides really does go above and beyond that of any of the other local estate agents we have worked with.
