FacebookWell that was stressful but finally today we exchange! If it wasn’t for Nicole Puckett it wouldn’t of happened today. She got onto the solicitors and sorted things that solicitors should of known and done. I would highly recommend her and team. Thanks again

GoogleAppalling and arrogant. They leave outdated listings up constantly, a practise they know they do because I have told them about it. As such, they waste people's time.

FacebookMessed me and my partner around, absolutely awful service, STAY AWAY from this estate agent, they lied to us, refused to take the holding deposit, in absolutely disgusted by the way they treated me and my parter, absolutely Disrespectful

GoogleMe and a flatmate left it a bit late to find a property to rent in time for our upcoming placement year. Thankfully, Chancellors was at hand with their excellent customer service. Ben from the Newbury branch and Jamie from the central Lettings team were extremely helpful in helping us get through the long process of viewing to finally securing a place - all of my questions were answered quickly and professionally. I would like highly praise and compliment Laura Kirby!!she has been really professional yet friendly and very pleasant person to deal with. GoogleWe had a viewing recently with Harrison, we were very impressed with how welcoming and friendly he was to approach. He answered all our questions efficiently and he was kind. He gave us plenty of time to look around the property. He was brilliant with our daughter and made us feel very comfortable. We would highly recommend!.
