GoogleA team that is very professional and adds a personal touch to the work being done is Chancellors. I have had 3 wonderful experiences with them. The first while I was moving to UK and now when my family is joining me. It has been easy interacting and explaining them. A special mention to Vassna Willock for the effort and time spent in finding properties as per my requirements. Thanks again Vassna :)

GoogleThe 5 stars are predominantly for Harrison Parker, who helped us with a viewing and enquiry. We've had many years experience with estate agents and Harrison stands out as entirely pleasant, professional and helpful. You come away feeling as though you've made a new friend who is genuinely there to help - a natural people person who possesses a rare and key ability to relate. We believe he is worth more than his current role and his unique skills would be beneficial in training other staff. He is an asset to Chancellors. Thanks Harrison, although, ultimately, we didn't choose the property, it was a thoroughly positive experience.

GoogleRhys could not have been more professional and dedicated in his desire to help us secure this fantastic flat!! It came at a challenging time when both myself and the landlord were due to leave the country in a matter of days so the pressure was on to secure the tenancy as soon as possible! However the referencing agency took longer than we thought and Rhys was left having to support us, steadying our nerves for two weeks whilst we were away and with very sporadic Wi-Fi!! Our son (who the flat was for) was due to start work a week after our return so it really was all systems go and Rhys held the fort superbly! We literally couldn’t have done it without him!

GoogleAnother superb sales experience with Chancellors in Newbury. House went onto the market in May, cash buyer secured within days, completion this week. Kudos to Sue and Luke who steered this one through for us. Super friendly and effective and Sue is an expert at sorting last-minute problems! A few years ago Chancellors secured the sale of my old apartment within weeks when another estate agent hadn't managed to do it in nearly 18 months. So I'll be going back to Chancellors in the future.

GoogleI've worked with various agents in the past - but Tom Shellard at Chancellors is hands down the best I have worked with. I was new to investing in this area and I want to work with someone who really knew the market properly and wanted to work with me to make the most of my investment. It's a shame the interest rates ruined my plans because Tom was so helpful and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be going back to him when the market is more in my favor.
