We had similar valuations from the three top Newbury agents but the attitude of all staff in the Carter Jonas Newbury office exceeded their competitors by a country mile. Immediately you went in to their office they were welcoming , helpful and very professional. Due to Covid our sale was delayed by our buyer withdrawing on the day of exchange. Within 24 hours CJ rapidly found three new buyers, advised us who was most likely to complete and negotiated a reduction on the price of the house we were buying in Hampshire. Our buyers did not disappoint,and we had a very good offer and a proposal to exchnage and complete on the same day!
