GoogleSeOUL - the hidden gem of New Malden.
I was looking for a property to buy when I came accross SeOUL and met Tao and Lisa.
I still remember ringing many agencies to book some viewings Saturday morning, all agents were on a viewings and not available, all agencies promised the same - leave your details and we will contact you, some never did, some did many days after, it was Lisa from SeOUL though who contacted me late same Saturday and managed to book me in right for the coming Monday!
As I also had to sell my own property, first I was thinking to manage the viewings myself through online services, but after meeting Tao I changed my mind, so I went selling my property with them too. In the end I both bought my dream house from them and sold my old house with them too. As you can imagine, there were tons of problems on the way and I think if not for Tao, I wouldn't have been able to buy new property in time to meet the deadline of stamp duty holidays. Tao and Lisa literally worked day and night to deal with all the obstacles that popped up on this crazy journey of moving home.
It was 3rd property I was buying in the UK, and I don't think any agency provided me with this level of high quality and great human kindness that Tao and Lisa did. Google7 years ago, I was very embarrassed after being notified by the landlord that the house I was renting had been sold and that I had to move within a month. After visiting a real estate agent in Seoul, I was introduced to the house within a month and moved there, living comfortably for about 7 years. .
Also, whenever I had a problem with my house, I called Seoul Real Estate and they resolved it very quickly (Korean style).
And when the house I lived in for about 7 years was sold and I had to move to another house, I was able to move into a good house through a rental manager who worked at a real estate company in Seoul.
Twice through Seoul Real Estate in the same difficult situation
I once again wrote that I was introduced to a good house.
