GoogleI rented it from a real estate agency in Seoul a long time ago and had a fight with them because they wouldn't depot it.
Hi Kim, We sincerely apologise of what you have been through with us related to deposit. Could you let me know what property you have rented and tell us what situation was? As we are managing hundreds of property, we cannot simply tell with only your google nickname. We would like to figure out for the utmost customer satisfaction service including you. Regarding deposit, we have always given deposit back ASAP to our tenant once the both parties have been agreed with since running our business. If it was delayed, there must have some issue between a tenant and a landlord as we cannot just simply draw out the deposit without both of agreements.
