Seoul Residential has provided me with letting services. The staff members are generally courteous and supportive. However, I have not rated them with a full five stars due to the absence of a Termination Notice clause in their service contract. I submitted a three-month notice of termination, which has been contested. They explained that the sole method for terminating our contract is to give an evacuation notice to the current tenant. As a result, I have engaged a legal firm to ascertain the legality of this particular provision in our service contract and to validate the issued Termination Notice.

I cannot give SeOUL enough stars! Selling a house is deeply stressful, especially when it's been a family home for decades; they *get* that. This is not your normal estate agents, heck, this is not your normal business, they focus deeply on their customers. A cynic could say that by doing that they get great outcomes for themselves too, but it's just part of their character and they deserve any good karma they get. I lost count of the number of times they gave time, creativity and support, well beyond what they needed to do. I wholeheartly recommend them!
