GoogleShocking customer service. They seem totally disinterested to arrange a viewing for you. I feel sorry for people looking to rent their properties through this letting agents. I sent several emails as I wanted to rearrange a viewing of a house I am very keen on seeing. I was ignored, I called through and spoke to a ‘John’ who said he would call back (a week later STILL waiting) and when I called through again I basically got told ‘we will try our best to contact you back but you’re not the only person interested in that property’! I think I’ll just knock on the door myself so I don’t have to go through this awful agent.

Dear Shabana, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by recent delays in our lettings team's service. As the lettings manager, it was my responsibility to ensure our services ran smoothly. However, due to a personal family matter (passing of my mother), I had to be in breavement leave for attending the funeral, which resulted in a staff shortage. If you look through our Google reviews, you will see that we always prioritise customer service with utmost sincerity. Unfortunately, this incident occurred during a period of understaffing. GoogleWe recently sold a property through Seoul following a recommendation and experienced a professional service from start to end. Tao and Grace were fantastic. Tao in particular has a calm and reassuring approach and the service was incredibly personable. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleHad a very positive experience finding a rental home with SeOUL, they didn’t put any unnecessary pressure on me (as opposed to some larger real estate agents), were flexible and understanding while I was waiting to exchange on the sale of my property, and turned around all checks and documentation in under a week. They also organised a detailed inventory check-in completed by an independent third party prior to our move-in. Highly recommend!

GoogleOur property in New Malden UK is managed by Seoul Residential for more than 10 years. We are very pleased with their management style. I never had the property vacant for a single week during this time and all the tenants who rented our property looked after it very well. They are very caring and looked after their tenants very well as well. Recently our property needed renovation. Property manager Ian was very good who hired a reputable builder and oversaw the whole renovation within our budget requirements. We live in Australia and we were initially worried how all this going to be done, but Ian was very helpful and kept us informed at every stage with photos and videos of the work in progress until all the renovation was done. We very pleased with the work. As promised Ian got a very good tenant at a higher rental as soon as the renovation was completed and to our surprise he even managed to get a year’s rent in advance. I couldn’t have asked him any more than this. We recommend Seoul Residential to any one without any reservation; they are so good!
