We were really impressed with the service we received from Groves. Simeon was especially helpful and when he wasn't available, his colleagues were able to step in to assist, answer questions promptly, and allay any concerns. Where I thought Groves stood out was how proactive they were. In my experience, many estate agents need to be chased. As someone buying a property through Groves, I would definitely consider using them were I to sell my home. It's the kind of service I would want any prospective buyer to receive.

Groves Residential is a highly professional operation that clearly benefits from many years of experience in estate agency. As purchasers we were kept fully informed throughout the sale process and the level of service was second to none. Niki is a pleasure to deal with and worked tirelessly to manage the needs and expectations of both buyer and seller throughout. Buying a house with a chain is never a particularly enjoyable experience but Niki and the other staff at Groves did a great job of making our transaction as smooth as possible.

Based on my experience, Groves Residential has been the best lettings agency I have known by far. Their team has gone over and beyond in finding us a great rental property we could call our home. They have effective communication within their team so everybody is well aware of any updates in the progress of the tenancy. Special thanks to Ruth, for the hard work and dedication, she has been most professional in every way, efficiently dealing with all our concerns and quickly corresponding to our queries. Their fees are also the most reasonable in the market in comparison to other lettings agency. I can't speak highly enough of how happy we are with their service. A small family run firm. We just used them to sell our house and had the best estate agent experience ever. Having been burn on a previous transaction by one of the big name firms on New Malden high street (who turned out to be incompetent dishonest wide boys) Dusan and his team were night and day. From the first valuation visit all the way through we were treated like adults and given a very consistent, professional and responsive service. They always kept to their word and delivered a selling price which exceeded our best hopes. Good old fashioned manners would sum it up. Highly recommended. More agents like these may just give the industry a better name.

Within a week they had found me a buyer and we have just completed with no issues whatsoever.
