Simeon Emanus at Groves Residential helped my wife and I through the process of buying our first home in the United Kingdom. I’m a naturally skeptical person, especially about the real estate market and I had very bad experiences in the past with realtors who were “pushing” us very hard to buy. Simeon and his colleague Niki McGibbon may be the most patient and most helpful realtors I met. We maintained great communication throughout the entire process creating a very good relation.
