GoogleI have been renting a flat through Groves for the past 3 years. My circumstances changed recently and I needed to remain in the flat with my son but had to make lots of administrative and financial changes. Groves' staff went above and beyond the call of duty for me. They helped me through an incredibly difficult process and treated me as a person instead of a number. I have had a few bad experiences with estate agents in the past but Groves are without a doubt the best company I have dealt with. They are kind and compassionate and so helpful. Would definitely rent through them again! Natalie

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of the Lettings Team at Groves Residential, a journey that began for me in July 2021. Since then, I’ve been afforded the support of a professional, knowledgeable and courteous team, where my thoughts and queries have been listened to within an atmosphere of collaboration, rather than on a strict client/service provider basis and, where team members are ‘hands on’, without being pushy. At my tenant’s recent renewal and, amid a landscape of economic uncertainty and massive mortgage hikes, I can only applaud Ella in securing the most equitable arrangement for both my tenant and myself, alike. I have been letting my property for approaching thirty years and can honestly say, hand on heart, that Groves is the best agent I have worked with … by far! Thank you, Groves, for restoring my faith in letting agents!

GoogleWhat an amazing team, with a personal touch, an exceptional attention to detail and a level of service that is unparalleled in the rental industry. Our dealings with Laura and Dusan in particular were exceptional and professional. Considering the difficult times we went through, they held our hands and helped us overcome the challenges and got us over the line. Thank you all at Team Groves.

GoogleWent we bought our house 10 years ago we were assisted by Groves Residential. As the buyer we were not formally a client of theirs but they could not have been more helpful. As a result when we had bought the property we knew we were going to use them when we came to sell. So this year we approached Dusan and Niki and we asked them to sell our property. The main agent we worked with was Levi Mbiya. He was very nice and really helpful. He produced a video of the property for social media and assisted in keeping all the parties calm when things got stressful!! The sale went through and I can highly recommend this company as they are great people and they run a great business!! Thanks Groves!

GoogleI have been a landlord for 30 years. I have let one of my properties through Groves recently. This was one of the most difficult rentals for me over the past 30 years. It had so many ups, downs, and difficulties. Laura dealt with it. She has spent so much time smoothing out this tenancy. I guess she put in something like four times normal tenancy time and effort to get this one done. She is so patient, understanding, and willing to help. I think Groves should be proud to have an agent like her, and they should know her value. I would recommend this agency to anyone because of Laura. Behzad Sharif

GoogleFabulous estate agency, can't fault them at all. Professional, friendly and most importantly delivered as promised. 10/10. As we were selling a property in New Malden, we arranged meetings with four agencies. Levi met us and we knew he was the man to help us. The apartment was renovated and within 2 weeks of it being marketed, we had an offer and the sales process was handled efficiently. We were updated regularly by Levi and the sale was completed recently. I wouldn't hesitate to use Groves again, thanks guys and I'll be popping in with the donuts at some point soon!

GoogleWe have been in a fortunate position to have worked with Groves both whilst buying and renting our home. Groves are an independent local player in New Malden with deep knowledge of the market. They were excellent advisors and partners to us in both instances - providing a realistic, professional and competent service. I would be happy to recommend them

GoogleWe have now bought and sold a property through Groves and have always been impressed by their highly relational, professional and responsive approach. Whilst our solicitors were often difficult to reach, Groves were available and accessible throughout. They played an invaluable role intermediary role between ourselves and our buyers clearing up any misunderstandings along the way and generally settling our nerves! I recommend them wholeheartedly.

GoogleTHE estate agent to use in New Malden. I've just completed on the sale of my property. Dusan, Niki and the team are brilliant agents who really go the extra mile to keep everything on track and you informed on the progress of your sale. Cannot recommend highly enough for a personalised service.

GoogleWe recently consulted with Niki McGibbon at Groves Residential when selling our rental property and I cannot praise her highly enough. Niki helped us prepare the house together for a quick sale and even recommended workmen who could carry out the work. I would definitely recommend the company to others considering selling their property.
