GoogleWe bought a house in New Malden through Groves Residential in December 2017. The service was fantastic and Niki and Dusan went above and beyond every step of the way. If you're looking to use an estate agent in the New Malden / Kingston area then I would highly recommend Groves Residential.

Dusan and Niki are fantastic agents to deal with and able to do what middle man was supposed to do in negotiations and timing management. (We all know not everyone is doing what he is supposed to do, in any field.)

GoogleEasily the best Estate Agents on the planet. I have bought and sold through Groves but it’s their lettings and property management team that I can particularly recommend. Headed by the outstanding David, Ella more recently has impressed. Ella has given me some excellent advice regarding issues just as appropriate rent increases, has problem solved, and when needed has moved quickly and efficiently finding me the best tenants. Highly recommended.

GoogleGreat company. I had a good experience buying my flat from them seven years ago, so when it came time for me to move on I decided to sell the flat through them too. On both occasions they were a pleasure to deal with, and helped keep me sane when things began to go wrong elsewhere in the chain. They were professional, dedicated, extremely organised and always on hand to answer questions and offer advice. Highly recommended.

GoogleFrom my first contact with this agency, they have been really helpful and going above and beyond to ensure they would find me a new home, within my budget. Since signing the contract with Groves for my new tenancy, they have been there through every step, providing advice and support with the process. Friendly team, that really makes you feel that you and your requests are valued.
