A special mention to Ewelina as she went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. She was always helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions I had. Dusan and Ross were also fantastic and made the whole experience smooth. Thank you to the whole team for their excellent service. I highly recommend them!

GoogleWe've just bought our first home through Groves and could not recommend them enough. Levi was fantastic - he was always contactable and kept us completely sighted on progress. We had real problems with our solicitor, but Levi constantly chased them to make sure progress was being made, and he was clear with us on what they should be doing to progress our purchase. When he was out of office, the rest of the team also picked up the work seamlessly so there weren't any delays. The excellent reviews are not at all suprising - we will definitely be going with Groves when we come to sell.

All the staff at Groves Residential were always very professional and friendly. They were always happy to answer my questions and worked very hard to secure a sale on my house. Niki, Justine and Levi were very supportive and always gave me feedback on viewings, which I very much appreciated.

Best of all they are so realistic in and understanding the market trends very well giving confidence that I can rely on their judgement. I and my friends have used Groves services over some few years now and always found consistency in their approach. I should really give 5 stars to Groves but being as realistic as Groves would like to give a rating of 4.99.

GoogleThere are Estate Agents and then there’s Groves Residential…I really can’t recommend these guys highly enough. My personal journey in trying to sell our property has been very long and drawn out due to the market conditions and at times I did feel that we would never get across the finishing line. Groves Residential were always very positive, professional and offered lots of advice, but one thing that I would say sets them apart and is one of their key strengths is their level of communication…really is second to none. When it comes to selling your property and looking for the elusive ‘one’ to purchase your house, I would strongly suggest you look no further.

GoogleI have benefited from Groves Residential’s services for many years on both the lettings and sales sides. Their lettings service is superb; David is a fabulous communicator, manages expectations and goes out of his way to help whenever it is needed. And similarly on the buyer/seller relationship, Nicki and her team are clear talking, no-nonsense and deliver. They are honest and realistic about the market conditions. Bottom line, they are trustworthy. As an independent estate agent in a town with some bigger names, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Likewise I had good communication with Justine and felt that she was well in touch with what was going on over what ended up to be quite a long period. She worked really hard chasing solicitors and dealt with any tensions between me and the vendor skilfully. I highly recommend these agents.

GoogleThe best estate agents we've ever dealt with! Groves managed the letting of our house for nearly two years and then its Sale. We have been so impressed by their professionalism throughout. On the property management and letting side, David and the team ensured any property issues were dealt with in a reasonable and caring manner and it gave us complete peace of mind. On the Sale, Simeon, Niki, Dusan and the team guided us through the process, providing advice and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner. We cannot recommend Groves highly enough. We wish there were more estate agents like this!

GoogleIncredibly efficient and pleasant, can recommend them highly, nothing too much trouble for them. We put in a property for rent through them and it was rented within an hour. I can follow up this review many years later in 2025, as Groves helped me to sell my property. Justine Elton from Groves helped me in this regard, and was very efficient and helpful. The sale was concluded swiftly and without any problems. I am very grateful to her. This just demontrates the consistent excellent service provided by Groves Residential in New Malden over many years, and in my opinion is why Groves is one of the best estate agents available. I base my opinion on the service I have received from them for over 15 years!

She is a very nice and friendly person who is always happy to talk, discuss any issue and advise on the whole process. GoogleI had a bad experience with other EA in New Malden. They were not honest about chain issue so eventually we wasted our valuation fee for that property. Then, I found a house in Groves residential, met people in there. Halina was very kind and helpful when we viewed the house. Simeon was always proactive, tried to get things sorted as quickly as possible. Although he was always on the vendors side, I have noticed that he is a real professional. Dusan, you have a good team.
