Selling a property during a Pandemic isn't easy, however Wayne and Team helped us from start to finish and made the whole process as stress-free as possible. Even when our purchase collapsed, we felt confident enough to proceed with our sale.Wayne has the most sensible, no-nonsense approach to house selling. His first visit ( strictly adhering to all Covid19 rules) was straightforward and encouraging. A prospective buyer came to the office just as he was writing up initial details and Wayne told him about the property he had just valued and suggested he might like to view. Three days later our lovely buyer was ready to proceed. It had been many years since we last ventured into the property market and we feel Wayne steered and guided us, while ensuring we still felt in control,keeping us up to date with all aspects of the process, giving support and advice as needed. Although we had a buyer, Wayne still took a superb folio of photos with descriptions written in sensible, non-estate-agent style for inclusion on a national website. He was always ready to speak on the phone or make a home visit to go over paperwork. The rest of the team were always friendly and approachable when we phoned.We would totally recommend Waterside Sales and Lettings and will remember Wayne fondly from our new home in another county. You put a lot of effort in to selling our properties and did your best to keep us fully informed.Only slight criticism - you occasionally muddled up who was legally selling each property and occasionally sent info to wrong lead communicator.Would recommend you every time though

We used Hythe and Waterside for a property purchase. Both Wayne and Joe have been brilliant throughout the process. From arranging the initial viewing and then being given the time to look around the property in our own time and without pressure was exactly what we needed. Follow up communications and negotiations around purchase price were all handled courteously and in a timely manner. Their service has led to a trouble free and speedy purchase and completion. This is exceptional when you consider all of this was done throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Thanks guys.

We've used Hythe & Waterside for a Holiday letting and 2 sales, really pleased. Wayne seems to be 'Mr Hythe' and is a mine of local property knowledge! We're just going through with a second sale with Waterside and am very impressed with their professional approach and their marketing skills, far more comprehensive than the virtual agents we research. Their 360-degree virtual viewing tours and incredible, you can almost look in the cupboard and under the bed, highly recommended!

I would highly recommend H&W, the Lettings team were nothing but friendly, professional and well organised.I used them to Let my property out from Oct 18 to Oct 19 and I can say it was a hassle free pleasant experience. I have used a previous Lettings team in the past and I was left with not much faith in the whole Lettings process because of the bad experience I previously had. H&W most definitely restored my faith, they updated me at least 6 times throughout the year with regards to how the tenant was keeping the property via a report which gave me piece of mind. I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. If in the future my circumstances change I will no doubt be using them again.

GoogleOverall an ok lettings agency. On the pro side, they were fairly prompt with any response or query that we had. Starting and ending the renting process was fairly straight forward and we had very few issues. However, certain staff members can be quite patronising and rude, on numerous occasions as well. If you are ever have an issue, its a case of 'you handle it' rather than 'more than happy to help.' All in all, could be better but the rating matches the performance over the length of our contract.
