Googlebe prepared for a bidding war with, wait for it, an ESTATE AGENT EMPLOYEE!!!! I even matched the asking price of the seller and got promised that the property would be taken off the market (see picture), but then they didn't even have the decency to respond to my emails to say what was going on. Bravo!

I'm almost sorry we ended up going with a different agent (for a different property) as he was courteous, helpful, friendly and even so after I broke the news of going with a different property. Class act.

Excellent service to landlords, easy straight forward no-nonsense approach. Very friendly and make the whole process of letting a property easy. Their fees are clearly explained and very affordable.
