Unreliable and Unprofessional Service. I had a very disappointing experience with Your Move Estate Agents New Cross, particularly dealing with Ion during the early termination of my tenancy. Due to a work relocation, I had to move out of the UK and had already found a replacement tenant ready to take over the contract. Despite this, the process was dragged out for over two and a half months with no valid reason. Communication was consistently poor, Ion delayed actions repeatedly, was unapproachable, and showed little sense of urgency or accountability. Both I and the new tenant were left anxious and frustrated by the agency’s lack of professionalism. What should have been a straightforward handover became a prolonged and stressful experience. I would not recommend working with this agency based on how poorly the situation was handled.

Very unprofessional and unsafe business practices. Deem online ID checks put in place by the government unsafe and will request for in person ID checks in order to protect the renters data, while also urging them to pay by asking you to give them your card number and CVC over the phone to pay sums well above £10k -and they will refuse to offer any payment alternatives. While the staff is reactive and helpful with queries, the unwillingness from the realtors to understand that such practices are extremely risky in this day and age is worrisome and I would recommend renting from somewhere else.
