GoogleCan’t recommend Constables enough. Jamie spent so much time taking the photographs they looked amazing. Our house sold very quickly. GoogleI have recently rented from constables Estate agents. They are honest, professional and very friendly. They made the rental procress very easy and nothing was to much trouble for them. If anything needed repairing, they were very active and repairs were done very quickly. I really recommend them. What a great estate agents.

GoogleDreadful. Booked a viewing, arrived, agent was late and another viewing was arranged at same time, so I had to wait for that to finish, without any apology or polite greeting. Actually , she was quite rude. Eventually shown round, but given info about last client viewing and the nature of their profession. Isn't that confidential? Advised to contact office to express interest, which I did. No response, no apology for late agent and embarrassing double booking. Typical letting agents. Tenants are all scum and we all deserve to be treated like dirt, apparently. Pretty much the same standard as the next local agents. Certainly won't bother with them again.

GoogleThe smoothest house sale we’ve ever had! We can’t thank Constables enough for their professional service. When deciding on how to sell our home we had considered the cheaper option of selling ourselves via online agents with ‘no sale fees’ but the awareness of the current market and advice on the sale price that Steve provided more than covered the addition cost and I’ve very happy that we left it in their hands. The photos Jamie took were fantastic, he fully understood and appreciated the unusual style of our home and communicated that clearly to potential buyers. All of this resulted in finding the right buyer within a week! I’ll certainly be recommending them to friends and using them for any future sales.

GoogleWhat can I say? I only have praise for them. They supported me as a relocating buyer through a protracted sale. I don't know how I would have coped without losing the plot had it not been for Sharon in particular. She was my rock! Thank you Constables.

GoogleVery poor service, constantly giving lip service to keep you quiet for a short amount of time. Not returning phone calls, not answering emails. Steve and Jamie are always really happy to fob you off, they’re quite happy to blame others for delays, faults and poor service. If you’re a vendor, avoid these as they will ruin any sales for yourself with a stand-off and cold approach to any potential buyer. Lack of updates have seen us hundreds of pounds out of pockets - told we had to exchange within 3 months...15 months and 3 new and paid applications down the line and the deal is still not ready. Glad to have moved on and escaped.

GoogleAs landlords we have used Constables Estate Agents for many years now and I would have no hesitation to recommend them. They have always found us excellent tenants and obviously vet the clients extremely well as we have never had any problems once the properties have been let out. I have always found the staff to be most courteous and efficient and always happy to be flexible with out of hours viewings etc. We have a property coming on the market very soon and we will not be looking any further than Constables to market it for us.

GoogleWe have been very happy with the service we have received from Constables since renting from early September. We can only really speak for Sam as we have not had any dealings with others in the team. She has always responded to queries and emails promptly and been most courteous at all times. The only issue is with the central heating system which is still causing problems but Sam has tried her best to sort the problems and is on the case. Some of the delay has been as a result of waiting for permission from the landlord to go ahead, something which is beyond sam's control. Overall, we cannot fault the service we are personally receiving from Constables.

GoogleI bought a property through Constables and I can honestly say that through a very turbulent time, the staff there, were fantastic. They kept me up to date and were always more than helpful. Jamie in particular was a Hero, very knowledgeable and understanding, I’ll never forget that making the whole process easier!! I’m now in my lovely new home and the paintbrushes are out!

FacebookI cannot thank or praise the staff at Constables Neston enough . They are caring , helpful and have gone above and beyond anything I could have hoped for . I found myself in a very difficult and distressing situation recently and all the staff went out of their way to help me . A heartfelt thank you especially to Sarah for showing such kindness and compassion . Having dealt with other well known estate agents over the years I can say none of them come anywhere close to the level of customer service given by Constables . I cannot recommended them highly enough .

FacebookConstables has to be the most friendly, helpful, professional and responsive estate agents I have ever dealt with. Looking for a property can be a stressful experience, Constables go above and beyond to eliviate any pressures associated with the entire process of moving from start to finish. Its a shame that they cant manage every property I have looked at! If your looking for a smooth move and a more personal service, look no further. Highly recommend to anyone! Thanks for always being so helpful. You make moving so much easier!
