GoogleWe have recently sold a property in Willaston through Constables in the midst of Covid-19 lockdown. As absentee owners, Constables went the extra mile all the way through the process for us - keeping buyers and sellers appraised in a totally transparent and open way - and even looking over the property for us from time to time. Nothing was too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile and good humour. I would recommend the firm to anyone who wants a truly tailored and professional approach to either selling or buying a property. GoogleI have used Constables as a letting agent for my apartment, and, more recently as the sales agent for selling it. I have dealt with Steve, Sharon, Sam and at times Jamie , and they have all been knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and really easy to talk to. I have had complete confidence in their abilities and have felt that they have given me sound advice when required. GoogleI have used the services of Constables to let my properties for a few years now, Sam is extremely helpful and always has good, sound advice for any issues that have arisen. She is quick to respond and works hard to provide solutions that are fair for both the tenant and the landlord. I don't ever consider using another agent and recommend to family and friends. GoogleAfter we have an offer and accepted, all agencies stop viewing and not allowed another offers, this one leave all open. Not nice. Not recommended and for sure not use again, without guarantee. If I need use them again I will demand a deposit guarantee, so if they break the word they need to pay your deposit in double. I will give them zero stars 🌟 if I can.

Jamie came out to value my property and gave me a good insight to where the market was at etc and took some fantastic photographs highlighting the features of my home. Sue managed my marketing and progressed my sale. She was very proactive in chasing the chain trying to get the sale and purchase moved along in good time that worked for me and my buyer. If you are looking for an agent that actually wants to sell your home I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Constable’s to anyone! 5 star service! Thank you guys

GoogleConstables was the estate agent for the house we've just purchased. It was quite a long and at times frustrating process. However, Sharon at Constables was always really helpful, chased things up and got things done - quickly! So thanks to Sharon I didn't lose my mind. If we are ever to sell again, we would use Constables.

GoogleJamie at Constables handled the sale of our property in Neston . He understood our situation and acted swiftly , was pro-active ( we didn't need to chase !) and pre-empted any potential delays with prospective buyers ( mortgages were becoming difficult and slow as the interest rate rises impacted over the summer). He achieved the sale within the timeframe we set at the outset - 3/4 months and in the price range targeted. The process was swift and didn't take too much of our time which was important. Overall, only positive comments on his/Constables performance. Thank you.
