I have just engaged the services of Constables Letting dept for a second time . As previously, the service we have received with the marketing and tenant finding has been superb . The team are efficient, knowledgeable and responsive and also very easy to communicate with. The flat now has a tenant in situ, and my daughter and I have asked them to fully manage the property , because I know from previous experience that they will do an excellent job. A big thank you to Steve, Emily and Michaela for all your help so far , and we are looking forward to continuing to work with you all on this latest venture. We recommend them highly !

Great experience with Constables. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Price fairly and realistically and are honest throughout the whole process (which wasn’t our experience with other agents). They were extremely helpful with expert advice on the property we were purchasing via a different agent too which was gratefully received when looking through reports full of jargon from solicitors! Recently sold my mothers house and unfortunately the choice of estate agents was out of my hands and my brothers sister chose this outfit Absolutely shocking from start to finish I got in touch and was told someone would call me back, THREE days later I rang them again, and asked if I could receive the viewers feedback as I was interested in what potential buyers were saying after another 3 viewings , hadn't heard a thing, rang up again and was given the reply "oh I didn't know you wanted feedback from all the potential buyers" Absolute shower wouldn't let them sell a caravan never mind a house When I talked to people about "Constables" at the local gym no one had even heard of them Trust me,steer clear and the scary thing is I'm a firm believer of rewarding people for good service All they had to do was give me feedback via email........ Good news, the bottles of Moët & Chandon that they would of "all" received as a thanks saved me a small fortune And I drank it all to their good health Clive Watkins or Andrews would get my backing in Neston all day long Can't directly reply to their comments ........ But I thank them for acknowledging my feedback as , as you say it helps strive to improve your business That's why you rang me up and asked me to remove it Feedback is something that people leave about their own personal experiences which helps people to make their own judgement But in this situation you failed to realise that my brothers sister was not judge jury and executioner in this sale neither the owner she was just a one third interested party as myself and my brother were as well one third interested parties. The first estate agent that you state had it for "9 months" actually had it for 8 weeks live as you will undoubtedly know there was a legal reason this property could not be sold And the final comment about not condoning alcohol ???? Well that makes you sound like a right pretentious arse That said I thought long and hard about removing and decided I'd leave it Also interesting after you receive negative feedback 2/3 positive appear soon after as to make mine go further down the page Laughable

The worst place to buy a house!!!

Awful I am a prospective buyer I work 6 days a week along with my wife and I spoke to a Sharon who was like yes no availability to view the house unable to get the vendor to sort a Sunday as wanted to put an offer in asap …. SHARON was supposed to call me back at 5.30 no intention of calling me back to say thy can not do this Saturday what type of staff are working here costing people money for doing a half a** job what kind of business can not fit a viewing or be flexible for a buyer ?? Why would you list your property with these I said what flexibility is the on price, Sharon states loads of interest in this property LOADS!!!! But I can not get a viewing

Extremely Disappointed with Constables (Neston Branch) I had an extremely disappointing experience with Michaela and Emily from Constables estate agents at the Neston branch. From the outset, their attitude, both during the property viewing and over the phone, was dismissive, unprofessional, and lacking even basic courtesy. What made matters worse was their approach to tenant referencing. Despite having a very healthy and stable income, we were immediately penalised for a historic credit score issue with no real consideration of our current financial situation. Instead of applying any discretion or understanding, we were abruptly told that the only way forward would be to pay six months’ rent in advance, an unreasonable and discriminatory demand that felt more like punishment than a genuine solution. It's clear that this branch is more interested in making snap judgments than offering fair and professional service. I would not recommend dealing with this agency if you’re looking for transparency, respect, or a fair chance as a tenant.

My tenancy was transferred across to Constables after some problems with a previous agent and they were fantastic! Constables were so professional and friendly and made everything so easy. Always there at the end of the phone or email with sound advice. Quick resolutions to any issues. Toward the end of my tenancy I had a lot of communication with the agents (in Particular Sam). A domestic situation that needed to be dealt with quickly and delicately to alter my agreement. Constables were so approachable during an awful time and went above and beyond as an agent. I would definitely recommend Constables and would seek to use them again myself in the future.

From the initial visit, which was handled very well, to the high-quality marketing materials, including excellent photography and a well-presented online listing, Constables demonstrated a strong attention to detail. They were efficient in organising viewings and in following up with prospective buyers. Their sales commission rate was highly competitive, offering excellent value for money. If there was one area for improvement, in hindsight, the property was initially priced a little too high, which meant we had to reduce the price twice before securing a sale. That said, we appreciate that pricing can be a delicate balance, and overall, we were very satisfied with the service provided.

At all times if we needed to check what was going on, we just called and whoever answered the phone had full up to date notes and were able to answer our questions.
