We had two viewings arranged through Constables, and unfortunately the overall experience was very frustrating.

GoogleConstables dealt with the rental of my partners property in autumn 2018. They provided an excellent, professional and well priced service. They kept us well informed at every step of the way, vetted clients thoroughly and took amazing photographs for the web site. Clients were scheduled on a single day to avoid disruption. All in all a fantastic service, I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI didn't even bother to put my application in to Constables for a property I loved in Port Sunlight. My booking to veiw turned into a degrading few minutes squeezed in between 2 others because I wasn't put on the list. Just seems the property will go to someone at Constable's mate. Low class and boring. Sigh.

Dear Sean, Thank you for your feedback, however I do not think your comments are justified. If you are looking for a rental property at present you will be aware that the demand is incredibly high. This particular property had a viewing slot allocated over 2 hours with 12 people booked in to view, in addition to the viewings booked the waiting list for this property was 16 other people. We did not have you scheduled in to view this property however we accommodated you and managed to show you the property. We book the viewings in sequential order of the enquiry received and everybody has an equal amount of time to view. Following the viewings every person has the same opportunity to submit an application. We do not operate on a first come first served basis but we discuss each application with the landlord and it is their decision to make as to who they would like to proceed with not ours. From your review you loved the property so I am not certain why you would not apply as your application would be considered. This process was explained to you on a telephone call this morning and my colleague sent you an application form to complete as you requested. You replied to say you completed an application on an online portal, we do not offer this service so you may have us confused with another agent and you advised that you did not want to apply. We have done all we can to help you with this process in the same way we do with everybody else, and I can advise that the applicant who was successful is not known to Constables.

GoogleFrom the initial house valuation appointment through to the selling of the property, all the staff at Constables were very courteous, professional and proactive in getting potential buyers to view the property. They kept me well informed at all stages of the process and I was very pleased with them.

GoogleConstables were exceptional. Their knowledge of the market and energy made what could have been a challenging sales process remarkably straightforward. Their responsiveness was incredible; they were always available to conduct viewings and assist with any issues that arose, the leading estate agent in the area.

TrustpilotExtremely Disappointed with Constables (Neston Branch)
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Michaela and Emily from Constables estate agents at the Neston branch. From the outset, their attitude, both during the property viewing and over the phone, was dismissive, unprofessional, and lacking even basic courtesy.

GoogleAmazing professional service from start to finish, they sold our house in less than 48 hours for well over the asking price with no stress, it was almost too easy. We can’t thank & recommend Steve, Sam, Jamie & the team highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe sold our property with Constables earlier this year, and the level of service was excellent from start to finish. The staff are always on hand to answer any questions, provide updates, and chase up responses to help the sale along. I also have a rental property that is managed by Constables and again their service as a managing agent is brilliant. I have moved the managing aspect from another local agent recently and can not believe the difference in the quality of service I am now receiving from Constables, they are always on hand to assist with, and resolve, any queries and/or concerns from both the landlord perspective and also from the tenants side. I would highly recommend Constables for their services in buying/selling properties and also for their letting department.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleConstables were managing the flats I lived in on behalf of property owners during two different long-term tenancies and have always been the most accommodating and understanding. On both instances they have helped me find pet friendly rentals and were always quick to answer queries and help out with any issues. Their check in and check out advice was always useful and both times I got my full deposit back upon leaving the house. If I ever move back to the area I will definitely get in touch with them before anything else!

GoogleConstable have been our property agent for over eight years .Because we live so far away they deal with all aspects of our property management from finding tenants to servicing and maintenance . We have found them to be a great team to work with , always professional ,communicative , responsive and able to quickly come up with solutions for any issues. Over the years we come to trust that they will manage our property as we would ourself .

GoogleWe thought we had mission impossible! But Steve and Sue promised that they would be able to find us our dream home and they did! Jamie’s skills and kindness then made it all happen. Constables is a very special estate agency and you will be very fortunate if your dream home happens to be on their books!
