GoogleFrom a renters point of view poor service, very slow when things need doing, even our neighbours had to ring up to complain about gutters etc. At times unprofessional over emails (offering things that hadn't even been discussed with the landlord yet, using incorrect names, even used lol to sign off). Would try to steer clear .

GoogleRented a bungalow through Constables for 18 months. I found the staff to be very attentive, and would always get answers to my queries in good time. Managed to get a few issues sorted quickly too, which just made my stay at the bungalow that little more pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Hi Kimmie, We are really sorry to receive this review however we have no record or recollection of any customer fitting this account, nor can we verify anything about your identity from your name in our records. Gazumping is not something as an agent we would encourage and having reviewed the sales we have agreed since January 2021, I can find no cases of any buyer we have introduced to a property we are selling being gazumped. Given how busy the market is at present we often have instances where we will request best and final offers from prospective buyers. This gives everyone a fair opportunity to offer but would not constitute gazumping. Once an offer has been accepted, we will always advise the buyer of the instructions we have been provided with by the seller in relation to ongoing marketing. The same applies in the event of joint agency if the other agent is to continue marketing. We always deliver our service to the highest standard and have to follow all legal obligations and in accordance with the property ombudsman code of practice. It is the case that if we receive any offer up to exchange of contracts, legally we have to notify a seller of that offer. We feel that the remarks made are inaccurate and slanderous and would potentially breach Google’s review policy of providing authentic, relevant, and useful feedback.
