We have found them to be a great team to work with , always professional ,communicative , responsive and able to quickly come up with solutions for any issues. Over the years we come to trust that they will manage our property as we would ourself .

GoogleConstables were managing the flats I lived in on behalf of property owners during two different long-term tenancies and have always been the most accommodating and understanding. On both instances they have helped me find pet friendly rentals and were always quick to answer queries and help out with any issues. Their check in and check out advice was always useful and both times I got my full deposit back upon leaving the house. If I ever move back to the area I will definitely get in touch with them before anything else!

GoogleWe sold our property with Constables earlier this year, and the level of service was excellent from start to finish. The staff are always on hand to answer any questions, provide updates, and chase up responses to help the sale along. I also have a rental property that is managed by Constables and again their service as a managing agent is brilliant. I have moved the managing aspect from another local agent recently and can not believe the difference in the quality of service I am now receiving from Constables, they are always on hand to assist with, and resolve, any queries and/or concerns from both the landlord perspective and also from the tenants side. I would highly recommend Constables for their services in buying/selling properties and also for their letting department.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI bought a property through Constables and I can honestly say that through a very turbulent time, the staff there, were fantastic. They kept me up to date and were always more than helpful. Jamie in particular was a Hero, very knowledgeable and understanding, I’ll never forget that making the whole process easier!! I’m now in my lovely new home and the paintbrushes are out!

GoogleDreadful. Booked a viewing, arrived, agent was late and another viewing was arranged at same time, so I had to wait for that to finish, without any apology or polite greeting. Actually , she was quite rude. Eventually shown round, but given info about last client viewing and the nature of their profession. Isn't that confidential? Advised to contact office to express interest, which I did. No response, no apology for late agent and embarrassing double booking. Typical letting agents. Tenants are all scum and we all deserve to be treated like dirt, apparently. Pretty much the same standard as the next local agents. Certainly won't bother with them again.

GoogleThe smoothest house sale we’ve ever had! We can’t thank Constables enough for their professional service. When deciding on how to sell our home we had considered the cheaper option of selling ourselves via online agents with ‘no sale fees’ but the awareness of the current market and advice on the sale price that Steve provided more than covered the addition cost and I’ve very happy that we left it in their hands. The photos Jamie took were fantastic, he fully understood and appreciated the unusual style of our home and communicated that clearly to potential buyers. All of this resulted in finding the right buyer within a week! I’ll certainly be recommending them to friends and using them for any future sales.

GoogleLived with a dangerous boiler for 2 months before it got repaired. Used full £680 deposit on cleaning and decorating, after arguing this I was told to compare the move in/out report (conviniently I never received this) Threatened me with legal action to pay rent for March, I moved out in Febuary. After paying they stopped responding to emails.

GoogleWe thought we had mission impossible! But Steve and Sue promised that they would be able to find us our dream home and they did! Jamie’s skills and kindness then made it all happen. Constables is a very special estate agency and you will be very fortunate if your dream home happens to be on their books!
