GoogleSteve, Jamie and the team at Constables recently handled the sale of a house for me. The quality of service and attention to detail was excellent. They always had time to answer questions and chase progress. We achieved a sale in excess of the asking price and couldn't have asked for more. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleWe have just sold our House through Constables, a 5 bedroom house totally different to the other properties in our area. At all times if we needed to check what was going on, we just called and whoever answered the phone had full up to date notes and were able to answer our questions. I would gladly recommend Constables for anyone who is selling their house especially those houses that are a little different from the norm. regards Mike

GoogleI didn't even bother to put my application in to Constables for a property I loved in Port Sunlight. My booking to veiw turned into a degrading few minutes squeezed in between 2 others because I wasn't put on the list. Just seems the property will go to someone at Constable's mate. Low class and boring. Sigh.
Dear Sean, Thank you for your feedback, however I do not think your comments are justified. If you are looking for a rental property at present you will be aware that the demand is incredibly high. This particular property had a viewing slot allocated over 2 hours with 12 people booked in to view, in addition to the viewings booked the waiting list for this property was 16 other people. We did not have you scheduled in to view this property however we accommodated you and managed to show you the property. We book the viewings in sequential order of the enquiry received and everybody has an equal amount of time to view. Following the viewings every person has the same opportunity to submit an application. We do not operate on a first come first served basis but we discuss each application with the landlord and it is their decision to make as to who they would like to proceed with not ours. From your review you loved the property so I am not certain why you would not apply as your application would be considered. This process was explained to you on a telephone call this morning and my colleague sent you an application form to complete as you requested. You replied to say you completed an application on an online portal, we do not offer this service so you may have us confused with another agent and you advised that you did not want to apply. We have done all we can to help you with this process in the same way we do with everybody else, and I can advise that the applicant who was successful is not known to Constables.

GoogleConstables dealt with the rental of my partners property in autumn 2018. They provided an excellent, professional and well priced service. They kept us well informed at every step of the way, vetted clients thoroughly and took amazing photographs for the web site. Clients were scheduled on a single day to avoid disruption. All in all a fantastic service, I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleJamie at Constables handled the sale of our property in Neston . He understood our situation and acted swiftly , was pro-active ( we didn't need to chase !) and pre-empted any potential delays with prospective buyers ( mortgages were becoming difficult and slow as the interest rate rises impacted over the summer). He achieved the sale within the timeframe we set at the outset - 3/4 months and in the price range targeted. The process was swift and didn't take too much of our time which was important. Overall, only positive comments on his/Constables performance. Thank you.

GoogleAfter we have an offer and accepted, all agencies stop viewing and not allowed another offers, this one leave all open. Not nice. Not recommended and for sure not use again, without guarantee. If I need use them again I will demand a deposit guarantee, so if they break the word they need to pay your deposit in double. I will give them zero stars 🌟 if I can.

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Being a tenant through constables has been the most stressful, degrading and awful experience I have ever been in. Absolutely no communication between their staff and management and tenants! Our landlord told constables of a rent increase 3 months before they realised we were important enough to tell us with 1 months notice of the increase leaving us in a terrible situation worrying that we would end up homeless. After telling us we would have first refusal on another property they they told us that they would never say that.. again no communication on their end. We are no currently seeking legal advice. As a landlord or tenant I WOULD NOT put any trust in constanbles

GoogleThis is the 2nd time we have used Constables in 5 years. We have found their service excellent on both occasions. Jamie has expertly assisted us with the sale of our house and the negotiations on the purchase of our new house. He is extremely knowledgeable and we found his advice and help invaluable at what can be a very stressful time. Nothing is too much trouble for the entire team (Sharon, Sue and Steve) and they are always at the end of the phone to answer questions. All in all an superb professional service.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing! We recently sold our first home through Constables Estates not knowing how anything works or what to expect. All of the staff was brilliant, communication was really good and I felt very comfortable through the whole process. Constables have always been brilliant as before I sold my house I was a tenant in their rented properties for 6 years and they was always very helpful! Would definitely recommend wether you are renting or buying! Thank you all!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Michaela and Emily from Constables estate agents at the Neston branch. From the outset, their attitude, both during the property viewing and over the phone, was dismissive, unprofessional, and lacking even basic courtesy.
