Travelled 6 hours to view a house only to recieve a txt message to let me know due to sickness (on a saturday morning) that our viewings had been cancelled. Tried calling the office several times - no answer!

No GDPR rules were broken. We were asked as an agent if you were on the market with us and we simply replied no not yet, we were awaiting your instruction.
