GoogleBuying a new home should be an exciting time but unfortunately this wasn’t my experience with Clee’s. As an inexperienced first time buyer I was hopeful of support, clear and consistent communication and most importantly honesty. Sadly my home buying journey couldn’t have been more different. Bitterly disappointing and extremely stressful, the consequences of which I am still dealing with nearly 3 months on from getting the keys.

I recently sold my house with Clee and I was really pleased with the way they conducted everything from start to finish. The staff were very helpful and supportive throughout. Regardless if you are a viewer, buyer or a seller they will be very supportive and give you the best service. Just bought a property of them and they have been really supportive and helpful throughout the whole process, also made sure the process was smooth as possible. You won’t be disappointed!

FacebookWe have just sold are home with clee swansea we looked into some of the other estate agents 1st but after a bit of research and speaking to people who have used clee before we knew clee was the estate agents best to use. They are a very friendly group of staff excellent communication plus perfect for when u in work they had there own key took all the viewings them selfs (not like some of these cheap online estate agents were u gota take the viewings yourselfs impossible when your in work) i would highly recommend and if I ever move home again I will defiantly be using clee tompkinson swansea thank u to Kerry Somerville and the rest of staff for making the sale of are home so comfortable.

GoogleThey managed one of our properties for 3 years, they had a habit of never being transparent to us and every-time the tenant just raised a question they suggested we do and pay for an unnecessary repair, never felt they were fair! and strong enough to face the tenant's demandy attitude. When it came to annual gas check, we had to remind them. For routine inspections?! We had to remind them. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

My job is to buy and sell . But even though buying a house in this buisness is considered work . I am refused viewings because of covid . They need to learn the guidelines and rules on travel . And based in their non understanding of the basic rules, I can only imagine that this would not be a good company to work with .
