What a very bad experienced!!!!!!!We said we want the property, they take r details, they explained how much we need to pay etc, then we are waiting for the next step,they said they will call the same day what to do next but we wait wait wait no call., so we decided to email them, they said waiting for the decision of landlord, next day wait wait wait again and stil no call, again I send email still dsame reason, then I check the property on the Rightmove and we SAW ITS NOW LET AGREED:((((( Please be professional and responsive!!!!!!!!!

I have been working with Leaders for the past 4 years and have been extremely impressed with the level of service that they have delivered. In particular, their Head of Property Management (Kelly Jeffries ) is outstanding at dealing with the management of my property in Nantwich. Her attention to detail and persistent follow up to any work that needs doing to make sure the tenants experience is the best it can be is amazing. As an overseas landlord, it is imperative that my property is in safe, trustworthy hands. And therefore I have no issues in recommending Kelly or Leaders in managing your property!

This review is no reflection at all on Leanne Rowlands who has been extremely helpful but to walk into our new home today to find it extremely dirty & uncared for was a shock. Knowing the responsibilities & requirements as current tenants of another Leaders property, we were horrified to find it in this condition, we did not expect to be faced with the prospect of having to thoroughly clean the property before we can move in properly. The Leaders property we are vacating has been looked after, is clean & is ready for anybody to move in to but we have been faced with cleaning spills from walls, window frames that need cleaning, doors wiping, numerous cobwebs, I replaced light bulbs & an awful amount of dust & rubbish left by the previous tenant, at least the weeds were growing well. I’d be interested to know when the last property inspection took place & when the property was last decorated as the walls & ceilings are looking very tired. Not a good experience I’m afraid! Nearly a month later and guess what nothing has been done! At our expense we have painted, cleaned, replaced and the property is unrecognisable!!!! We have raised the issues with Leaders and a gate has been fitted this week. A terrible experience for us and what is already a stressful time has been made 10 times worse. Don’t promise to call me back and then don’t!!!!
