Brilliant experience as first time renters securing our first place thanks to Chelsea and Vicky! Chelsea was absolutely amazing in our viewings, giving us all the information we wanted to know and was flexible with our viewings which allowed us to secure a place quickly and move out within a week! Both her and Vicky were then great with communication when we confirmed we wanted to apply and helped us out quickly when we were uncertain about a part of the process. A big thanks to both of them!

Worst experience I could have had I rented a house in Crewe but had to do everything through Nantwich branch I went for a viewing and there was lots of work that needed to be done, there was around 6 things and at the time we were having a baby and was assured all the jobs would be done by time we moved in. This didn’t happen and 1 thing was done, a major one was mould being treated that wasn’t done so how do you expect to move in with a newborn into a mouldy house. Then because it’s our first time renting leaders took advantage and denied that they agreed to get the work done even tho they did but had no proof in writing as it was at the viewing. Worst first experience in all honesty was left for no house for a newborn baby it’s disgusting

We've been dealing with Vicky for a few viewings and even though we still haven't found the perfect place for us & our two pooches, I have no doubt that vicky will get us there when the right one shows up, couldn't be more grateful to be dealing with such a lovely person as so many we've dealt with at other agencies have been miserable, cold & so obviously just in it for the commission they couldn't care less about where they recommend to you, fingers crossed it won't be much longer until we've got the perfect one!

I recently had a frustrating experience with regarding a property I viewed on Friday. After expressing immediate interest at the viewing, I was given a form to complete once I returned home. However, to my surprise, I noticed that the advertisement for the house changed to "let agreed" within just an hour of the viewing. I called the agency to clarify and was told they would get back to me. However, when I called again the next day, I was informed that the house had been let to another person. It’s hard for me to understand how a property could go from a viewing to “let agreed” and pass all compliance checks in such a short timeframe, this lack of transparency raises serious concerns. To make matters worse, I received an email from the manager, Fallon, apologising for the situation but referencing a different house that I had never viewed. This confusion on their part only adds to my frustration. Overall, I am very disappointed with the communication and service provided by I would not recommend this agency based on my experience and urge them to improve their processes and customer communication moving forward.

We are exceptionally happy with the service of Leaders! All staff were friendly and supportive in helping us find and rent out our first property- in particular Jake Gallimore who was our main letting agent when dealing with our property was available to email at any time of the day for any questions/problems/worries/difficulties etc and was very responsive to emails that were sent to him. He was very reliable, easy to talk to and eager to help. We found this of benefit as first time tenants to be shown step by step the process in which we needed to go through in order to get the property. We found his kind, positive attitude was aglow throughout the process and made our experience less of a stressful one. I genuinely feel like he became more of a friend during our experience as he proved to go above and beyond for us. The process moved quite quickly with very little problems. We rented a property at the end of October 2020. The whole process was done so efficiently. We were really pleased with how easy they made it for us. I came across Leaders when I saw a property listed on Rightmove. Jake was our agent and we really felt he had our best interests at heart. The property was not suitable for us. A pity I can’t give a minus. I was shown a decent sized house in a nice area. It was in a dirty state but the girl who showed me around was obviously embarrassed by it and said it woul be cleaned before I moved in. It wasn’t. I have been told by her manager that there had been a misunderstanding. I was in a property with removal men at the door and nowhere else to go. The filth and grime was indescribable. Cobwebs, grime and yuck in the kitchen cupboards and I won’t describe the cupboards in the utility. The stairs had greasy banisters. I spent weeks just getting the basic dirt off. I have not unpacked and I have been there 10 weeks. The hob doesn’t work and the thermostat in the oven does not work. I reported the faults at the end of August and we still have no hob. My advice AVOID LEADERS LIKE THE PLAGUE.
