Terrible agents. It felt like you are judged as soon as you walk through the door in regards to a property and if you can afford it. Young girl who said she went to Reaseheath blatantly lied to me saying the computer at the front was not working but somehow it was working a few minutes after I left. I gave all my details to be contacted with properties and nobody did till this day. The same girl showed me round one property after I went in again asking for details and she showed very little interest in trying to promote the property and again at the 2nd time of going in I was again told the same computer was not working. This was a horrible introduction to Nantwich but luckily I found another agent who was happy to help me in the area. I doubt anything will be done about the service I received as they have not even bothered to reply to my email either about the treatment.

Our first contact with Leaders was with Jack Clark who we found most helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to show us the property 3 times and once we decided to rent it he gave us all the support we needed. He is a credit to Leaders. The few problems we have found once moving in are at present being sorted by our Property Manager, Rachael Apps.

After an initial rocky start due to problems out of Leaders control, we can't praise the efficiency of Leaders Nantwich enough. Within a few days of taking our property onboard, they found suitable tenants even before property fully on market. New Lettings Manager Amanda & her team are very efficient & professional and it is an absolute pleasure to do business with them.

Went in to enquire on some properties and I found the staff very knowledgeable and informative. I'm not from the area, so when you can get a good insight as to where to look by people who really know their stuff, there's not much to ask than that! Would highly recommend using Leaders as a go to agent if you aren't from the area.
