GoogleVery helpful estate agents. Made the whole experience very smooth. The phone system is rather frustrating as all automated so theres no such thing as a "quick phonecall" so I used email instead and was a very efficient means of communication. From a purchasing point of view, would recommend !

GoogleWe were very pleased with Astleys estate agents through whom we have just successfully sold my parents’ house in Gower. They were very professional, helpful, courteous and easy to deal with and kept us well informed throughout the selling process. They arranged plentiful viewings by prospective buyers and gave us a lot of good advice. I would be very happy to recommend them.

GoogleMy wife and I had an excellent experience selling our house with Astleys Mumbles branch. In contrast to one of the other Estate Agents, Michelle from Astleys was very positive about wanting to do her very best to sell our property. She also offered helpful advice about a couple of reliable local tradesman we needed to consider and which conveyancing solicitors could be recommended. Astleys arranged a number of viewings of our house and we quickly received an acceptable offer. Thereafter the people in the Mumbles office were supportive and kept us up to date with progress until finalisation of our sale. We fully recommend Astleys because they are passionate about their work and offer advice and support when it is needed.

Google5 star from the moment we decided to to use Astley's Mumbles. The brochure on the property was fully informative with great pictures and descriptions. Great professionalism for all staff involved, kept us informed and involved all the way through the sale. Sums it up, the sale only took eight weeks. Many thanks again to the whole team involved.

GoogleFriendly, helpful staff. For selling a property, brilliant photography and marketing which makes the most of the property without producing unrealistic expectations - some other agents seem to provide over-flattering photographs which lead to disappointment on a visit to the property.

As a team they keep you updated regularly with constructive feedback on all viewings. I would highly recommend them should you be looking to buy or sell a property.
