GoogleWe needed an estate agent so having sold a previous house through Astleys and bought our present one through them, we decided to instruct them again. All staff gave, as expected, a thoroughly professional, courteous and helpful service throughout, including some very helpful advice on a situation which arose in the purchase of our new house (in England) but in which they had no direct or financial interest. Towards the end of the sale, there was a great holdup in the chain. Matthew sent an open email to all the solicitors, so that the party which was holding things up could be clearly identified to everybody. That got some action! ... and things then progressed quite quickly to a proper and satisfactory conclusion. We have no hesitation in recommending Astleys. Why four stars? We very rarely give five so people don't become complacent but please consider our rating as four and three quarters!

GoogleI can certainly recommend Astleys Estate Agents. From the valuation of our home through to exchange of contracts we found the team at the Mumbles branch to be exceptional! Selling (or buying) a house can be very stressful but Matthew, Andrew and Louise dealt with every query in a prompt and professional manner. Their photographer also deserves a mention - super organised, speedy and great pictures! We can wholeheartedly recommend Astleys as they really could not have done a better job.

GoogleStarted the selling process with Astleys but a survey showed up problems with our house that had to be put right. After quite a delay Astleys continued with the sales process, and persevered until reaching a final sale. We can't recommend the team in the Mumbles Office highly enough, they were always positive and helpful and we would highly recommend them to anyone selling a house in the area.
