GoogleWould highly recommend using Astleys , Mumbles branch. We have sold our house with them and also purchased one from their listing's! They were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. We dealt mainly with Louise Russ, and her attention to detail and commitment in finding the right property for us was outstanding! Communication was always clear and she went above and beyond to make the entire process stress free. Really can't thank her enough!

I witnessed the manager treating an elderly lady who was selling her property like a queen, by reassuring her , making her a tea & putting her mind at absolute rest, quite right too. which showed good care in the community. well done & keep up the good work.

GoogleI used Astleys Mumbles for my house sales recently. From the very beginning with the valuation viewing to completion the whole team were fantastic. Cathryn in particular worked really hard for us when there were issues down the chain and she was really excellent at contacting the right people to find out the issues! They really helped make the process as smooth as it could be!

This has been a difficult time economically, and Astleys have managed to successfully secured a sale for our property. The team were all very professional, friendly, and efficient giving great advice to help show our property in the most appealing way. GoogleMy wife and I recently completed the purchase of a property near Mumbles through Astleys estate agents in Mumbles. This was to be our retirement home. All the way through the lengthy process to purchase the property they were supportive and helpful especially as we were living in West London at the time. Furthermore their support and help continued after completion before we were able to finally occupy the property. Well done Astleys - a very good agent with very good service.

GoogleThe Astleys team in mumbles have just sold our mother’s house after 18 months of hard work. The house needed attention and was therefore not immediately attractive but despite this astleys arranged dozens of viewings Throughout this time Astleys have been determined encouraging and most professional in marketing the house After a couple of false starts Astleys eventually sold the property much to our relief We cannot thank the Astleys team enough everyone of them has been fantastic

GoogleAstleys in Mumbles is a brilliant estate agent. We have recently bought a house through them. They we very accommodating in viewing houses, a pleasure to walk around with and always followed up with a phone call a day or so later. The staff are all very mice to deal with. During the purchasing process they tried very hard to help us over come the inevitable little bumps and sticking points on the way. GoogleWe tried to purchase a house through Astleys, they were consistently condescending and unhelpful. Their communication was slow, ineffective and dishonest, ultimately resulting in the fall through of our purchase, after paying significant sums of money for surveys. Thankfully these things happen for a reason and thanks to another agent we are now thrilled to be in our forever home.

GoogleI could not have asked for a more helpful Agency. As I was selling a property from 110 miles away, the Astleys team really helped with advice on solicitors and house clearance, and were more than happy to check in on the property. At one point the staff rearranged the furniture and put flowers in the house so it looked more homely in the photos'. I'd recommend Astleys anytime.

GoogleThe Mumbles Team at Astleys were superb when I was selling my property - professional at all times, providing a high quality service and all were approachable and accessible, as well as understanding,of how emotional a time it was. They never made false promises, worked tirelessly to attain my goals and went over and above, time and again. Everyone played their part superbly and made massive adjustments when the Pandemic hit. At this time the manager, Matt Barry, was the only contactable member of the team so the workload must have been immense, yet he patiently and diligently dealt with all my queries- it was incredible. I recommend the Team whenever I have the opportunity and will continue to do so. They are a credit to the Astleys company and costs were worth every penny I spent. I can only hope, that this level of commitment and professionalism is both recognised and rewarded by higher management.. Thank you, -again!

From day one, Matt and the team were very professional and helpful and employed a very constructive marketing strategy which was reviewed on a regular basis. We were frequently updated about enquiries and any interest shown in our property. When we accepted an offer, Astleys still maintained regular contact during the legal process and were always at the end of the phone to assist us with any enquires. In short, a very positive experience. Thank you.
