Awful estate agents - AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. Waste of time and no respect for wasting buyers money. After showing us around a property which we loved we placed an offer and it was accepted and we were told the property was off the market. They continued to show people round and take offers on the property to come back a week later to tell us our offer was no longer high enough. In this time, we had instructed solicitors and spent money which we could not get back. Waste of time - will not be using them again for either selling or buying a property as not integrity at all.

Absolutely awful bunch of liars. Went for a viewing arrived 15 mins before time could not locate, called the office who said they would call the person doing the viewing so that they would call me this did not happen managed to finally locate the property no one was there called the agent who said the agent had given me a call and she had now left to go to another viewing. Outright lies. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.

We used the Duston Jackson and Grundy to sell our house and I wish I didn’t have to pay them all the money as they didn’t deserve all of it . 1. Yes they did get a lot of people through the door through Covid , but had to wait a while for any fed back . 2. I actually ended up showing the person round and I sold my own house in the End as they couldn’t fit the lady in with the time she wanted it so I showed her round .3. I didn’t get any communication back from them only if I chased or when the buyer was asking them to contacted me .4. They never emailed to say we exchanged another Estae agent company did that , It took them 2 days that’s only because I spoke to them first I won’t be using the Duston office again they didn’t deserve the money

Jackson Grundy was the estate agent selling to me so not my actual estate agent but I found the communication especially from becky toone a great reassurance and help to me especially through the stressful times. I knew if I emailed I would receive a quick reply from her which was really helpful. Her enthusiasm shone through and made the process easier.

They will scam you out of your security deposit. I have never before had any letting agency take more than an £80 charge for either cleaning or damages in over 10 years of letting and JG tried to take over half of our security deposit for; a burn in the carpet (which you can’t even see in the pictures), a few spots of mismatched paint on the walls and cleaning due to water spots on the stove! It took months to negotiate the charges down to just a couple of hundred pounds! Do not let from them if you have an option. It’s not worth it! We will never use them again.

Amazing agency.I am renting a house with Jackson Grundy for 3 years already. Never had any issues with them, whenever we need something i can easily get in touch with them, if i need to agree something with the landlord they come back to me shortly with an answer. I am not really a person who writes reviews but i have decide to do it as a good experience has to be shared as well. I am in touch always with Tracey Porter and i love the way she is doing her job. Absolutely useless.. our house could be falling down and they wouldn't care or rush to get things sorted. You tell them things that need sorting out and they don't ever sort it you have to constantly chase them and push them. Always quick to chase payments up if we have ever fallen behind but not quick enough to sort out any problems! Absolute joke.

Trustpiloti have a problem with one of their…
i have a problem with one of their tenants outside lights. Not interested in helping resolve the problem. Took the tenants word for it without investigating it. Blamed another property who's light is no where near us. Jackson Grundy have an awful attitude. I have now spoken to the person who Jackson Grundy have blamed for the light and he is absolutely livid. Looks though he might take this further.

Trustpilotgarden charges, have you been stung as well?
It’s been some years since I used Jackson Grundy, however after reading the other bad review of garden charges I feel it necessary to leave a comment because I also got stung for garden charges to the tune of £50 (well thats what they tried to charge me, but I complained, and they got funny about it and I’ve never forgotten it). This was because I had apparently left the grass slightly long. I feel I must point out due to us moving into another property quite a long way a way earlier than the end of our tenancy (I had paid all due rent up to the end of the tenancy, so they had already got extra money). I left the garden in a tidy condition and also out of my own pocket repaired a fence at the bottom of the garden even though it was broken when we moved in. This cut no ice with this company who still wanted extra money, I refused and we reached a lower settlement but it got needlessly a little nasty. I’d also point out that on occasion representatives of Jackson Grundy let themselves into the property unannounced without knocking the door on inspection days even though I said I would be in, imagine my surprise coming on here and finding another person stung by garden charges. Stealth hidden estate agent charges. my advice avoid if you can.
