Dear Ali, having checked our system, it seems you moved out of one of our properties nearly 5 years ago. I am very sorry that, even after all this time has passed, you are still harbouring such negative feelings towards us! I am also very sorry that you found us to be rude and unprofessional but am rather confused about your comments of us charging you in 'a different way'. I can only assume that you are referring to something to do with a stoppage from your deposit at the time, please correct me if I am wrong? As you are no doubt aware, you will have had the option of disputing any deposit related decision with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. We cannot make any stoppages unless they are justified. If you did not dispute the decision, then I can only assume any stoppages we made were justified. Feel free to contact me at the office to discuss further should you so wish. In the first instance, I found Lucy positive and efficient from offer to completion. In the second, I have found Max and Julia to be similarly attentive and helpful. GoogleI have been renting with Nicholas George for just under 2 years. Fantastic company with excellent service. Mostly I liaise with Lucy for any issues. On the one occasion I had an issue (shower broke), they sent someone very quickly to look into it. Would highly recommend.
