Usman, I'm sorry you feel you have had a bad experience with us. I appreciate that you have had a few issues at your flat since moving in, but I would assure you that we have tried our very best to resolve them all for you. To say we have no concern or empathy towards our tenants is simply not the case and I would hope that the numerous reviews from our tenants on Google, and on our company website, support this.
