worst experience of our life having to rent through this company thankfully it was only for a short period, they don't care about the tenants only interested in the money and keeping landlords sweet

We're really disappointed to see this as you can see from our 4.8 star rating we pride ourselves in our customer service regardless of whether that be towards a Landlord or Tenant. Our Lettings Department has already spoken to you in regards to your tenancy and the issues that you faced, which were dealt with promptly. Unfortunately if there were any other issues, we were unaware of them as they were not reported or highlighted to us by yourself at the time. We’d like to wish you all the best .

Blyth office were very quick and professional in handling the sale of our house and the initial feedback was great. Just slightly disappointed that we had to chase at one stage to find out why things appeared to have slowed down. Would have preferred absolute clarity on "cash buyer's status". All worked out in the end and happy with outcome.

GoogleSold me a house with no sewage system The house had fallen through before and had been on the market years. The house was suppose to have its own tank. Costing £15,000 to fix. Make your own assumptions .I am looking for a solicitor when I get this problem sorted.NegativeQuality
Sylvia, I have spoken with our Morpeth branch and while we do not have anyone registered under the name of Sylvia Smith on the system, we have been able to potentially link your review to a phone call received by a member of staff at our Morpeth branch a few months ago regarding a similar issue. We are sorry that you are unhappy with your house. However, as our negotiator explained to you on the phone, had we known about the lack of sewage system and tank, we would have been legally obligated to declare this very important information to all interested parties. Furthermore, all buyers are advised to undertake independent searches and enquires in order to proceed with their property purchase comfortably. I have been informed that the buyer of this property did carry out numerous searches when obtaining their mortgage and no alarm bells were raised and nothing regarding the sewage system was mentioned. Again we are sorry that you are unhappy with your property.
