I had a great experience with the team at the West Denton branch. Buying a house is rarely straightforward however the team at West Denton made is as easy as possible. Great communication, straight forward to deal with and their experience definitely helped matter.

We have recently purchased a property through RMS Gosforth. This was a very tricky purchase for a wide variety of reasons. During this time two of the sales negotiators, Ellie and Natalie could not have been more helpful and went out of their way to facilitate this move and to keep the channels of communication open. I have been most impressed with their professionalism, helpfulness and indeed kindness.

I couldn't have asked for more from the Jesmond branch in Newcastle. For my first time moving from a property, Marie (Jesmond branch) made everything seem so effortless and alleviated the anxiety and stress I was inevitably experiencing when moving from a property. Every time I spoke to any one at the branch, they were super friendly and my query was dealt with swiftly.If I could give 6 stars I would! Brilliant service, love a very happy seller. ❤

Ellie and Claire from the West Denton branch were extremely professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. They kept me up-to-date throughout, their responses to my queries were extremely detailed and they were always willing to giving me their time whenever I needed it. GoogleI just purchased a house through RMS Morpeth. From the agent who showed me the house in day one to the branch manager who handed me the keys final day, everyone was super nice and friendly. I also received regular updates during the conveyancing stage. Great experience with them and I'd highly recommend RMS Morpeth.

I had been in my property on South Beach for over 50 years and the prospect of selling was daunting to say the least. I had 4 estate agents to give valuations and discuss their services.Alayna, Branch Manager/Valuer from Rook Matthews Sayer Blyth branch stood out from all the rest. Apart from giving a very realistic valuation for my house she explained the full sales process and I felt confident enough to put my sale in the hands of her office. She had extolled the skill of her office staff and they certainly lived up to her description. From Gillian and Suzanne to Sharon and Michelle they were all so helpful, knowledgeable and proactive. Within a couple of days we had a sale agreed and everything was passed to Dawn the Sales Progressor. What can I say about Dawn? Excellent service and she dealt with everything promptly ensuring that contracts were exchanged and the sale completed within 8 - 9 weeks.A huge thank you to the whole team at RMS - they were always available to answer any queries I had. Apologies if I have missed any of the Team Member out. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

This was my first time buying a house. Even though the agents were acting for the Sellers, they still took care of us. They responded to emails the same day and were great at keeping us posted on the important matters. Everyone was really friendly in person and over the phone.

GoogleThe Morpeth team did an outstanding job in handling the sale of our home. Supportive, knowledgable, and helpful through what was an extended sale process (due to buyer issues and market conditions), I always felt they had our back. Certainly far more professional than the other big-name agents I worked with in parallel. Huge thanks for the patience and tolerance with my daily phone calls and emails in the final days before exchange!

It was a difficult time when I had to put my late father’s property up for sale. From my initial contact with RMS I have been treated with respect and courtesy. The valuation of the property was completed quickly and the house soon on the market. RMS arranged an open day for viewings which resulted in several offers. Unfortunately, through no fault of RMS the initial sale fell through. Not to be daunted the staff at RMS quickly arranged a second round of viewings which again resulted in several offers and ultimately a sale. I have been greatly impressed with the professionalism, determination and commitment from all at RMS. I have no hesitation in recommending this office to anyone considering buying or selling a property in the Gosforth area.
