We are first time landlords so needed a lot of ‘hand-holding’! Tanya delivered just that and has been brilliant throughout. Tanya has a lovely way of being professional yet making you feel like you’ve been friends for years! We definitely felt supported and understood. Tanya made the whole process of finding our perfect tenants super easy for us (even though we know that it has been a lot of work for Tanya). Tanya will continue to manage the property as we trust her completely to continue to look after both us and our tenants. Absolutely brilliant service and can’t recommend Tanya highly enough.

Tanya the Lettings manager was superb from start to finish, a true end to end service not just about getting the deal done and commission. Tanya is a credit to the profession and to the company and I’ve no hesitation in saying that. The service provided was professional friendly and excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this estate / Lettings agency. Tanya had to deal with a very difficult landlord who was inexperienced and unaware of the applicable standards of rental property conditions. Tanya excelled at negotiating things and prevented the deal falling through at the last minute due to the landlord being unreasonable. Tanya and her staff were attentive and she truly worked so hard for us and on behalf of the landlord to get the deal done and us moved into the new property. Thank you Tanya your hard work was brilliant and was really appreciated.

I can’t thank Dan Pearce and his colleagues enough. From start to finish Charlotte has ensured the smooth sale of my house through fantastic communication with regular contact throughout she is on top off the process and incredibly proficient in her conduct, especially chasing my solicitors who weren’t always on top of the job in hand. Charlotte sent out the charming and knowledgeable Harry within days of contact to provide a valuation, which had potential buyers doing covid, secure viewings within a week, all at a sale price I was happy with. She organised Kyle constantly touching base via phone and email providing regular updates to ensure the process moved swiftly so I was always in the know. Charlotte is a credit to DPSH a wonderful office manager, which is reflected in the brilliant team she has who I have found amazing to do business with. Need to Praise the Lettings team Tanya and Macy for their extraordinary efforts in getting me and my Family a place. Landed Leeds on the 1st Jan and since then been looking for a place. Tried many agencies but to no avail until I started with Macy.....she kept promising but I thought that's what agencies do......give flattering promises but When Tanya came on board I was quite optimistic and the duo did not fail even with the ups and down....and thanks to the both of them I would be moving into my flat this week.....so from now till I leave the uk in about say 20yrs, am promising that Dan Pearce would be my official agent to sell and acquire properties for me and my Family......Thanks a lot Tanya and Macy... Very disappointed with Dan Pearce who my mum used to sell her property. If you are looking for an estate agent who cares about customer service, is passionate about their field and provides market knowledge then Do not use Dan Pearce. Initially they will impress you on the first visit. Harry visited and the photos they took were good. The house sold in 2 days of being posted. There were no courtesy calls apart fom the ones my mum chased and very lax in answering queries. Very unprofessional and you are left feeling why have I paid over £1600 to sell the house. There was no proactivity, no common courtesy and no phone call even after the property completed. My mum feels she has paid for a service that was not at all worth it. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT.

I can not recommend this estate agents enough! Tanya was amazing help from coming out on a Sunday evening to being incredibly responsive to my endless amount of questions. Nothing was too much trouble and given this is my first rental property it was quick and easy. Moving is a stressful time for anyone but despite being in the middle of a pandemic and over the Christmas period I was reassured and kept updated even while Tanya was out of the office.
