I have dealt with Tanya from the initial enquiry through the whole process including getting the keys. I was in quite a worrying situation, only four days to go before I had to vacate my rental property as the lease was about to run out. I'd been trying for a while to find somewhere new, but had no luck. A friend suggested that I call Dan Pearce living Ltd. I spoke to a very helpful member of staff named Tanya, I told her my story and she simply said not to worry. She had arranged a viewing for the next day of a beautiful one bedroomed flat. I was given the keys and moved in three days later. I'd gone from a very stressful situation to absolute joy.
