I am so grateful to Tanya from Dan Pearce for all her help and support in finding me a property to rent. Following a separation I had to start over again with my children as a first time renter. Tanya helped me every step of the way, answering all my questions, attending viewings, suggesting properties, speaking to/negotiating with landlords on my behalf and going above and beyond to get me to where I am now, settled in a lovely home with my children. Having accepted an offer on our property I am viewing new properties to purchase. Having seen a particular one listed by this estate agent I called them to book a viewing. Between travel and work commitments my self and my partner have limited time together to view properties and while we were both together to be able to book I called their office. The gentleman that answered while polite refused point blank to book in a viewing and instead sent me away to email them through a 3rd party website to book the viewing. This seams absolutely crazy to me and amazingly terrible service. You have a serious customer on the phone wanting to view and buy a property and you turn them away. He told me that's just how the system is and they are working their way through the emails. I asked him why bother listing your phone number then and he said they had to! Was I not so interested the property I would have given up. I hope all the sellers through this estate realise they are actively turning away potential buyers!

Amazing service. We reached out to Dan Pearce after being mucked up by another "prominent Agency" in the same area. I was a bit skeptical at the start (once bitten twice shy) but after talking to Tanya things started to fall in place. Once our offer was accepted, we wanted to move in as soon as possible. Awful experience as a landlord which I’m now taking legal action on. Tanya was very proactive in moving tenants into my property, so proactive that she did it without checking with me first and so I now have people living in my house who I did not authorise and who are trespassing. Apparently the family I authorised pulled out so she moved in the “next best option” without checking with me first. It’s only when I pressed the matter that I was able to obtain the paperwork and establish their names. So far I haven’t received any rent on time (and none this month) so this is very concerning. I would urge other landlords to avoid.

Won’t be rushing to use DPSH again…

Won’t be rushing to use DPSH again unfortunately. Wasted time and money on a property that fell through because they didn’t do their due diligence as an estate agent on the property which was falsely advertised. After several weeks of contacting, neither myself nor my solicitor heard anything back until I said I would be pulling out of the sale. Sadly they only seem to care about making commission on a sale.

So where to start with I had a house with them and that was my biggest mistake They took 3 months + 1200 deposit so i can move in the house with my wife We gave all these money and the house had no electricity and no gas and i had to fix it with the company and i was without electricity 3 days My contract was for 6 months and they started viewing the house to other people from the 3 third month to sell it while we was still in Once me and my wife was sleeping and they came in the house without even noticing us no call no nothing while we was sleeping that's insane The worst of all things is that my 1200 deposit when we left the house they never gave it to us We cleaned all the house we fix some small damages we have done with our money so we can take the full deposit but they never gave it to us they said they don't know who took the money the girls there inside was like we never took it or we took it and we gave it to big boss Dan Pearce so i called the big boss and he said girls never gave it to me so they had no idea where the money went I went to the police to report it and i was socked what they told me I swear to my mother they told me that 20 different houses people 20 different families went there and said the same for this company I have never seen that before up to 20 different people had lost their money Be careful with those people with that specific store and company
