We both live in Scotland and Dan Pearce we’re absolutely amazing, with organising and showing viewers round the house whilst we were up in Scotland as well as dealing with the sale of the house on our behalf. GoogleAbsolutely amazing letting service provided by the Dan Pearce team. My previous agent let me down with poor communication and collection of rent Tanya at the Morley office has been proactive on sorting out repairs, changing locks, chasing up rent and organising viewings at a rapid rate. It really has been a 5 star service that I don’t think could have been bettered by anyone else. Really happy they are managing my properties and feel 100% confident they will deal with any matters arising. Don’t go with anyone else, go with Dan Pearce.

GoogleHaving had my property let through Dan Pearce for several years I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, let or rent a property through them. I’ve been looked after by Tanya there who is always willing to go out of her way to make sure the whole process is smooth running. On several occasions Tanya has gone above and beyond in ensuring that I as a landlord was looked after as well as my tenants! She’s always made her self available and dealt with all matters professionally and in a timely fashion. Most importantly, always having good tenants lined up to occupy my property, without leaving any long empty periods! Great Agency with amazing staff!

GoogleWe had great service and support after a bereavement to sell a family home from Dan Pearce Sell Homes in Morley. From start to finish we were looked after. They handled all the viewings, kept us up to date. Fab photos and advertising to sell this home. We achieved an asking price offer shortly after it hit the market. Dan made sure he was available to answer questions and make the sale seamless and smooth. The staff maintained their professionalism and momentum to sell my property in a quick 3 months. GoogleSold our house with DPSH. It took 8 months, mainly due to the solicitors they 'highly recommended'. We did all the viewings ourselves and had to push for them to encourage the buyers to come back with a higher offer. THEN when we actually sold our house - we heard nothing from them for the full 8 months except 1 token phone call asking us to ring them with an update.... Including on the day we completed and exchanged, we had to arrange to meet the buyers at the house - no phone call checking it had all gone ok, I don't even know if they know we have sold.... I presume they do because they have got a load of money for doing absolutely nothing. Would not use again and would not recommend. 1 star is generous.
