Having dealt with numerous estate agents over the past couple of years, selling two properties and buying one I can honestly say that Goodfellows of Morden were by far the best. Tony, the manager was very courteous and understanding to our needs and Jack and Jodie in particular kept me regularly updated throughout the process. I used Goodfellows to sell a property recently and was very happy with the service provided. Firstly their knowledge of the market in South Merton was the most informed of any of the agents I spoke to which allowed me to feel confident in establishing an asking price. They then were able to generate significant interest and obtain an excellent offer for the property. Through the execution of the sale they kept me informed at every stage and by keeping close contact with the buyer were able to forsee a potential problem with financing of the purchase which they were able to overcome by negotiating with the buyer and changing the finance structure.
