She was quick and professional, always willing to sort out the issues , she is approachable and really helpful. GoogleMyself and my best friend were looking for our first adult place together and we met Bradley through a message on Zoopla. Bradley showed me the apartment and I immediately fell in love with it. Bradley was great throughout and always replied to our messages, emails and calls. We felt as though he was working for us to get the apartment through all of it and a very long process, he was great can't recommend highly enough to be completely honest.

GoogleSuperb service from the onset. Caring, friendly, professional and helpful staff who go above and beyond. Tony (who carried out the valuation) was polite, professional and clearly very knowledgeable, noticing and recognising the particular little details about our house that made it so special to us. We spoke at length about what we wanted to achieve and the best path to do so. Darryl, the photographer did a stunning job of presenting our property, capturing light, colour and angles in a way that reflected our care in furnishing and lighting the space. Jack was masterful in marketing and carrying out the viewings. He was instrumental not only in getting the offers in but also went above and beyond, by helping us word our onward purchase offer as well as negotiating and planning strategically. We had 11 viewings scheduled only a day after our house went on the market (this was on a Saturday) and, by the Monday, we had three offers, all above our asking price! We completed in 4 months, just in time for the SDLT holiday and couldn't be happier with our new home. Highly recommended!

GoogleAfter having had a bad experience with a previous estate agent in Morden, who in trying to sell my house failed, I decided to change estate agents and put my trust in Goodfellows. I’m so glad I did it, and I only wish I had gone to them in the first place. Martin, Lucy and Jack were all excellent in assisting me throughout the process, and I wish to mention Tony Spinks especially who went the extra mile in providing a great service. Selling a home that had been the family home for many years with an emotional attachment for me was not easy, but Tony was very understanding, supportive and was always available for answering questions. He certainly went above and beyond the standard level of professionalism you would expect from your estate agent. No request ever seemed too much to ask and his attitude as well as his skills certainly helped me throughout the process. GoogleMr. Bradley Hearse is great on getting me a good deal. When ever I follow-up him on the status he is very good on responding. Some time even when I find it hard to reach him, he used to call me back and ask for the reason and clarify all my doubts.
