GoogleWe have let our property with Manning Stainton for a couple of years and the service level has been consistently high. We like the fact that we are allocated a property manager as you know exactly where to direct any enquiries. Our property manager, Bobbie Brockbank, is extremely efficient and responds promptly to any messages or emails; it's so refreshing to have someone so proactive overseeing our property. GoogleCurrently waiting on our deposit to be returned nearly 6 weeks after tenancy ending. We have still not received any proposed deductions despite the length of time that has passed. There seems to be no sense of urgency or desire to correct this. Had an otherwise positive experience before this but it is not acceptable for the return of my deposit to be delayed for so long. I would advise that any prospective tenant is aware that their money could be tied up for a couple of months before it is returned.
