GoogleI cannot fault the service I received one bit. The Houseman team made my moving process stress free from start to finish. From the viewing with Raphael, to the referencing process with Emma. They were amazing. Emma was polite, professional and efficient. Always keeping me updated, every step of the way. Would 100% recommend them if you would like a seamless moving process.

GoogleThe whole of the team were just ultra professional and refreshingly honest and open during the whole process and I would thoroughly recommend them especially for one off properties like ours which appeal to a minority of people out there looking for a converted barn Special mention to :- Jan on his initial visit and how the whole marketing and sales process was meticulously explained Christine for her professional and friendly approach during the viewings Ildi was just exceptional throughout with her superb regular communications and her tireless efforts with an unbelievable personal approach with nothing being too much for her 😊

GoogleEmma and Raphael are just brilliant! They have let my property a series of times now, quickly and to great tenants. They are such a pleasure to work with. They communicate quickly and clearly. Their advice has always been spot on. They are high quality and totally efficient with everything they do. They have also been super helpful and introduced me to fantastic suppliers to help complete refurbishment works. I couldn't be in better, safer hands.

GoogleHaving mistakenly firstly wasted a year with another agent, Jan and Ildi renewed by confidence in the sales process; they were always professional and consulted me along the way. The previous estate agent had just managed 7 viewings within 12 months, Jan and Ildi had 12 viewings within 14 weeks. Jan contacted me and recognised the actual buyers straight away and worked with them and myself to make the deal happen. Both Jan and Ildi supported me as the seller and also the buyers thought out the process helping solving solicitor short falls along the route. The brochure was professional and the pictures really showed the beauty in the house and the lifestyle. The sale was finalised a few weeks before covid which was extremely fortunate however this was down to Jan and Ildi and I will always be grateful for their commitment to making the sale happen for me. She's always quick to respond to any issues, and she handles everything professionally and efficiently. When the boiler broke down Alana resolved it quickly and with minimal fuss and she is always happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend!
